Multybyte To-Do
Multybyte To-Do is a custom internal task management system developed for Multybyte to organize daily staff work, task assignments and employee activity. It includes separate Admin and Staff panels, role-based access, daily task management, urgent task assignment, staff reports, staff comparison and extra-work submission.

The project
I designed and developed the Multybyte To-Do system as a database-driven web application for managing day-to-day staff tasks at Multybyte. The system gives administrators centralized control over task assignments and staff management, while providing employees with a dedicated Staff Panel focused on completing their assigned work.
The project goes beyond a standard to-do website. It includes frontend development, backend functionality, database integration, authentication, role-based access, Admin and Staff panels, task workflows, reporting and interactive UI elements.

Admin Dashboard
A centralized Admin Panel for managing staff, daily tasks, urgent assignments, reports and overall task activity.
Daily Task Assignment
Administrators can create and assign daily tasks to individual staff members through a structured task management workflow.
Urgent Task Management
Admins can create and assign urgent tasks separately from regular daily work when immediate action is required.
Staff Management
Administrators can add, edit and manage staff members from the dedicated Admin Panel.
Staff Panel
A dedicated Staff Panel allows employees to view and complete their assigned tasks for the current day.
Task Completion Tracking
The system tracks daily task completion so administrators can monitor staff activity and completed work.
Staff Reports
Administrators can review staff task activity and generate reports to understand daily work completion.
Staff Comparison
The Admin Panel provides staff comparison functionality to review task activity across different team members.
Extra Work Submission
Staff members can submit additional work completed outside their assigned daily tasks through the Staff Panel.
Role-Based Access
Separate Admin and Staff access ensures each user can only access the functions available to their role.
Date-Based Task Controls
Staff can work on today's assigned tasks while future and past tasks remain restricted according to the system workflow.

How it works
Admin Creates Staff
The administrator adds and manages staff members who will use the task management system.
Admin Creates Tasks
The administrator creates daily tasks and can also create urgent tasks when required.
Tasks Are Assigned
Tasks are assigned to the appropriate staff members through the Admin Panel.
Staff Opens Their Panel
Each staff member accesses their dedicated Staff Panel to view their assigned work.
Staff Completes Today's Tasks
Staff members can mark their current-day tasks as completed after finishing the assigned work.
Staff Submits Extra Work
Staff can submit additional work that was completed beyond their assigned daily tasks.
Admin Reviews Activity
Administrators can monitor completed tasks, review reports and track staff activity from the Admin Panel.
Admin Compares Staff
Staff activity can be compared to help administrators review task completion across team members.
